I also really appreciate all that he does for our club, particularly bringing boats to almost every roll session. Few clubs in the US have that kind of support from a local dealer. I urge everyone to give Nathan a visit / call for items that he carries. I've also ordered gear from him when he doesn't carry it typically and always got it within a week. The Hero is nearly two years old and really been put through the paces over the past two years, but this looked like a spot that should not have failed. Was able to get the boat to Nathan to take to JK with him yesterday to have inspected. He called me up and confirmed the boat was under warranty and gave me a great deal on replacement under warranty. Went to pick up my Villain last night, and had a new Super Hero there to. You cant ask for better service than this. Big thanks to JK and Canoe Kentucky. I cannot see how a boat warranty can get better than this.
